Christina and Krystal share a deep passion for creativity and a vision for blending art with functionality in ways that captivate and inspire. They dreamed of creating something extraordinary—something that would reflect both their unique talents and the deeper meaning behind their work. Krystal, with her strategic mind and skill for crafting intricate designs, and Christina, with her intuitive sense for aesthetics and ability to merge art with technology, became the perfect creative partnership.
Their shared love for Christian symbolism and desire to merge it with contemporary art ignited a new creative endeavor. In 2015, they envisioned a collection of functional art pieces that would not only showcase their craftsmanship but also carry deep symbolic meaning. After years of brainstorming, sketching, and refining their ideas, they finally brought their vision to life: a groundbreaking collection of metal handbags, each representing a unique aspect of the Christian faith.
The result was “The Sacred Menagerie,” a collection featuring imagery of a lion, a python, a peacock, and a honeycomb—symbols representing strength, transformation, beauty, and community. Krystal meticulously sketched the designs, shaping each handbag into a unique form, while Christina ensured the vision was seamlessly executed. Every piece was completed with intricate metalwork, ensuring each handbag was both a work of art and a functional accessory.
Together, Christina and Krystal have created something truly special—a fusion of art, symbolism, and craftsmanship. Their work invites the world to see beauty not just in aesthetics, but in the deeper meaning that lies beneath.
